• Leadership skills with a passion for teaching and growing people.
• 3+ years in Building Materials, hardwood lumber knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to lead, learn and grow toward Branch Manager role.
• Experience with warehouse operations and safety is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage 12-person plus team and daily branch operations.
• Oversee warehouse organization, safety and processes.
• Oversee Will Call sales and daily delivery operations.
