CarePair in Buffalo, NY seeks an Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations, onboard communities and concierge families, and keep the application pipeline moving. You will own a unified calendar system for vendors, compliance, and runbooks, ensuring timely next steps and a smooth hiring process.

You bring experience from a small service business or clinic front office, a habit of closing loops, and comfort with health information rules and checklists you didn’t write.

• You have run a small service business or a clinic front office and know what a full day of loose ends feels like.
• You keep a list, you close the loop, and you say when something is late before anyone asks.
• You are comfortable with health information rules and with a checklist you did not write.

Mansioni

• Onboarding every new community and every concierge family, from first agreement to first application.
• The application pipeline: every open application has a next step, an owner, and a date, and nothing sits past 72 business hours unanswered.
• The vendor calendar: business associate agreements, renewals, and invoices, in one list that is never stale.
• The compliance calendar: policy reviews, training dates, and the audit log check, on the days the runbooks say.
• Hiring support: scheduling, references, and the first-day plan for each new person.
