• It’s an amazing time for new shefs to be joining – demand and earnings have never been as high or consistent
• We are also expanding this product to a few more cities across the US – so we need to acquire and onboard more high quality shefs ahead of these launches
• Your role will manage both (1) the team and (2) the process for onboarding new shefs

Your Responsibilities

• Owning and optimizing the onboarding process which runs from initial application through being set “live” on the platform
• Managing a team of onboarding agents responsible for converting qualified applicants into active shefs
• Designing and refining sales processes to optimize conversion at various stages in the funnel
• Ensuring monthly onboarding goals are hit (primarily # of onboarded shefs)
• Coordinating with cross-functional contributors to the onboarding process, like working with our culinary lead for taste test & menu planning steps
• Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on onboarding funnel metrics, and quickly addressing problems / opportunities
• Continuously improving onboarding processes by gathering feedback, running experiments, and automating where possible
