Job summary

CSG is seeking an Audit/Quality Control professional for our Omaha, NE location. The role involves conducting thorough audits of business and technical processes, evaluating production efficiency, and analyzing expenses to ensure budget adherence.

You will document findings using MS Office, prepare clear reports with corrective actions, and present results to stakeholders. The position is night-shift oriented, supports collaboration across departments, and offers comprehensive benefits.

• Analyze expenses and related documentation for accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other office applications to document audit findings, create reports and manage data.
• Perform through researching to gather information and support audit conclusions.
• Prepare clear, concise and accurate report writings on audit results including recommendations for corrective actions.
• Present results reporting to relevant stakeholders, highlighting key findings and potential risks
• Collaborate with various departments to understand existing processes and implement quality control measures.

Requirements

• Are dependable and are open to working flexible 40 hr. per week work schedule typically 7:00 PM-3:00 AM. However, this work schedule may vary depending upon business needs.
• Possess the ability to engage in positive, constructive conversations that foster collaboration, problem solving and continuous improvements
• Are proficient utilizing a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, (Word, Outlook, Power Point and specifically Excel.)
• Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Are comfortable working independently and as a part of a team.
• Have a strong understanding of business and technical processes.
• Have previous quality control or auditing experience is a plus!
• Are proficient in English in a business environment.
