CSG is hiring Insert Operators for the Day Shift in Omaha, NE. Responsibilities include machine setup and operation, processing client statements, and handling mail to meet departmental standards.

A 12-hour rotating shift with some weekends and holidays is required, with overtime opportunities available. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift 25–50 lbs, perform basic math, and demonstrate strong Excel skills.

• Dependable and open to a 12-hour rotating shift (6 AM–6 PM) including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand/walk ~95% of shift and lift 25–50 lbs frequently.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Fluent in English in a business environment.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and operate them to complete required documents.

Insert Operators for the Day Shift

We are looking to hire multiple Insert Operators for the Day Shift who will:

• Be responsible for machine set-up, operation of machines and completion of required documents.
• Process client statements, letters and documents to meet or exceed departmental standards.
• Process mail according to postal regulations to acquire maximum discounts.
• Determine machine settings to maintain quality and meet productivity expectations.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• Are dependable and are open to working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule of 6 AM - 6 PM including some weekends and holidays. Overtime opportunities are available.
• 12- hour Rotating Work Schedule Example: Work 2 days then you get the next 2 days off. Then work the following 3 days then you get the next 2 days off
• Can use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Can perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.
• Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Position Pay Range: $16.69-$26.70 This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
