Qualifications

• 7-12+ years leading warehouse/operations/manufacturing in industrial equipment.
• Experience launching a new site or facility preferred.
• Ability to operate in a startup/greenfield environment.

• Lead facility search, layout, and buildout planning.
• Establish warehouse and distribution processes.
• Build and manage day‑to‑day operations.
• Develop the operational model for package work.
• Partner with supply chain to identify and qualify suppliers.
