The Operations Manager is responsible for establishing and leading the Charlotte‑area compressed air facility. This role will identify and build out the facility, implement warehouse and operational processes, and scale capabilities from initial warehousing and modification into full package assembly. The position is accountable for operational readiness, safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.
