Secant Group in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager to plan, manage, and supervise manufacturing operations, ensuring customer commitments are met. The role collaborates with Sr.

Director of Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality to drive performance, productivity, and profitability. You will establish tactical plans, improve processes, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline, operations management, or industrial engineering.
• 5 years previous experience in a similar role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, 9001 and GMP practices or ability to understand and enforce them.
• Ability to follow and implement WI’s and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Operation Supervisors, Engineers, and Group Leads in assigned areas.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products to specifications while meeting customer needs.
• Formulate and implement departmental policies to maximize output.
• Monitor adherence to rules to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Improve processes in support of organizational goals and CAPA where applicable.
• Coordinate staffing, budgeting, and cost control with Finance and HR.
