Job summary

Secant Group, LLC in Pennsylvania seeks a Director, Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for all manufacturing-related functions across medical component and textile operations. This leader partners with planning, manufacturing, materials, engineering, and site administration to translate corporate strategy into actionable plans.

Responsibilities include driving productivity, yields, quality, delivery, and safety; leading continuous improvement with lean principles; and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years in regulated manufacturing with a track record in leadership.
4+ years in a management role with cross-functional influence.
Experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Directs and oversees all manufacturing operations including prototyping, yarn preparation, weaving, knitting, and related processes.
Leads Manufacturing Engineering to expand capabilities and implement new technologies.
Oversees capital projects and provides project management across functions.
Drives SQDCP through Daily Management System and Tier Management reviews.
Ensures capacity planning, standardized work, and production controls meet customer requirements.
Maintains QMS compliance (ISO 13485, GMP) and regulatory standards.
Partners with Materials Management and Procurement for cost-effective sourcing.
