Director of Operations and cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Product Development) to optimize processes, control budgets, and ensure ISO 13485 and GMP compliance. Lead supervisors and engineers, develop staffing plans, and implement continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5 years experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Leadership skills and ability to coach staff
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP practices
• Ability to follow WI’s and SOP’s
• Proficient in ERP and MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and supervises manufacturing operations
• Ensures on-time delivery to specifications
• Implements policies and procedures to maximize output
• Monitors and analyzes metrics for process improvements
• Collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and Product Development
• Supports quality systems and CAPA activities
• Manages staffing and hiring processes
• Coordinates with Finance on budgeting and cost control
• Travels between local sites
