Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in warehouse operations, operations management, or supervisory role.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience with ability to motivate teams and drive results; experience in medical equipment rental industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and office operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Lead by example and set high performance standards for teams and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales to deliver customer-focused solutions and strengthen client relationships.
• Manage contracts and oversee P&L statements and budgets to support profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, products, and services and embrace change.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to after-hours needs as required.
