Job summary

VITAS Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operations lead to manage daily warehouse and equipment processes in Hayward, CA. Responsibilities include training staff, inventory control, oxygen cylinder tracking, and maintaining maintenance schedules with the HME Manager.

Qualifications

• High school level reading and math skills required.
• At least three years related experience is required.
• Strong administrative skills including customer service, phone and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with operation and repair of durable medical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train warehouse tech/MST on their responsibilities.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventory; submit orders to HME Manager.
• Maintain Oxygen Cylinder tracking logs; ensure staff are educated on process.
• Review monthly cleaning and pest control schedules with staff.
• Ensure new equipment is identified and labeled correctly.
