Job summary

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an Operations Manager for Material Management in Phoenix, AZ. The role oversees project coordination, material management, and financial oversight to keep projects on track and within budget.

You will partner with engineering, procurement, finance, and other teams to optimize workflows and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in Phoenix with full-time benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project management, material management, construction, semiconductor, or a related industry.
• Experience coordinating project material workflows, such as material planning, PO follow-up, inventory tracking, delivery status, or reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management or inventory tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Section, coordinating team priorities and work to support timely project execution and company goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify operational issues, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
