Preferred Associate degree; 5+ years in ops; proficiency in ERP and MS Office; excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with Hazmat safety regulations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Oversee multiple 3PL warehouses.
• Monitor KPIs to measure operational success.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and optimize resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to maintain relationships.
• Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
