Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, office management, or administrative leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading business operations within a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or technology environment preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced organization.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations of the Fort Pierce facility and administrative support functions.
• Serve as primary on-site operations resource and liaison between facility and Corporate Business Operations.
• Execute company policies and standardized business processes established by leadership.
• Coordinate administrative support across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT.
• Support implementation of business systems and processes, improving efficiency and consistency.
• Coordinate facility logistics, including visits, meetings, and events.
• Develop SOPs and maintain operational records and metrics for leadership.
