Job summary

Dan Bolen & Associates, LLC seeks an experienced Operations Leader to oversee manufacturing operations for a multi-discipline environment. You will drive change management, continuous improvement, and the execution of lean principles across plant activities.

You will guide department heads, partner with engineering, quality, HR, finance, and supply chain, and ensure alignment with business goals. A strong emphasis on mentorship, strategic planning, and hands-on leadership defines this role.
