Job summary

Blue Ops is seeking a Business Operations Manager for the Fort Pierce, FL facility to oversee daily administrative and operational functions and to maintain alignment with corporate policies and goals.

The role requires a proactive, organized professional with experience in manufacturing or technology environments, capable of improving processes, coordinating across departments, and supporting site leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, office management, or administrative leadership.
• Experience leading business operations within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or technology environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations of the Fort Pierce facility, ensuring efficient execution of administrative, operational, and business support functions.
• Serve as the primary on-site business operations resource, supporting facility leadership and acting as liaison between the Fort Pierce facility and Corporate Business Operations.
• Execute company policies, operational initiatives, and standardized business processes established by Blue Ops leadership.
• Manage office administration, services, supplies, equipment, and facility-related purchasing to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate administrative support for Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Human Resources, Finance, and IT while ensuring effective communication across departments.
