Blue Ops, Inc. in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking a highly organized Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, administration, and cross-functional coordination at the Fort Pierce facility.

You will drive process improvements and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, and Corporate Operations to ensure efficient operations, strong communication, and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or related field.
• 5+ years experience in business operations, operations management, office management, or administrative leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or technology environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations of the Fort Pierce facility, overseeing admin, operations, and business support functions.
• Serve as the on-site business operations resource and liaison between the site and Corporate Operations.
• Develop and implement SOPs, process improvements, and operational documentation.
