Fujifilm Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. in Carrollton, Texas, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead front-line supervisory teams and manufacturing technicians, ensuring safe, efficient operations and alignment with CIP and capital plans.

You will partner with Production and Planning to meet customer demand while upholding quality standards, manage staffing, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance and process projects.

Qualifications

• BS degree in chemical engineering or related technical field.
• Five years of frontline leadership in manufacturing; experience with both operations and technical staff a plus.
• Experience in high volume manufacturing and familiarity with high purity chemical manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute production, project, and maintenance plans.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across organization levels.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs and pass post-offer drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and support front-line supervisory team and technicians in Carrollton operations.
• Drive safety and quality cultures to achieve incident-free performance.
• Collaborate with Planning to deploy production plans meeting demand safely and timely.
• Develop staffing plans and approve vacation or overtime coverage as needed.
• Work with Process Engineers on troubleshooting, improvements, and capital projects.
• Support capital projects and facility replacements and improvements.
• Oversee central utilities operation and site maintenance planning.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Support Environmental, Safety & Health, and Quality programs and audits.
• Participate in Management of Change and Material Review Boards.
• Lead lean initiatives and cross-functional problem solving using structured tools.
