Operations Manager, Maiden Lane San Francisco

Oversee and direct the operations function within the San Francisco boutique of CHANEL.
Responsibilities
- Own all operational functions within the Boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management.
- Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency.
- Lead and coach operational staff to deliver flawless service.
- Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
- Serve as the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems and Tools within the Boutique.
- Manage a budget and forecast expenditures for a multi‑faced Boutique.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- In‑store presence for boutique management, team coaching, and upholding boutique image and operational standards.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $130,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
