Job summary

CHANEL Boca Raton is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee the boutique’s operations, develop and enforce standard procedures, and support the leadership team to deliver an elevated client experience. The role focuses on inventory, shipping, staffing, facilities, and budget management in a dynamic retail environment.

The candidate will partner with Home Office Retail Operations to drive efficiency, coach staff, and maintain Chanel’s standards for service, ambiance, and process

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager who will assist in overseeing the operations function within the boutique. They are the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems and tools and ensuring the smooth running of operations to enable the ultimate client experience. They will work closely with the Operations Manager, along with the Boutique Leaders by imparting critical business knowledge.

Position Logistics
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Boutique Management: Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client service to drive business results
Compensation
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 through $106,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits, and perks .
