Zion Lodge, located in Zion National Park, is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, lead the kitchen team, and partner with the Restaurant Supervisor to ensure seamless service from kitchen to dining room. The role supports the F&B Manager in maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across shifts on site.

Proposed hiring rate is $25/hour, with onsite housing and meals available.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Experience as Kitchen Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervise kitchen staff, including Back of House Lead, to ensure daily tasks and food prep meet standards.
• Ensure proper food handling, preparation, and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist in scheduling to cover peak hours, events, and group bookings.
• Oversee all kitchen operations to maintain quality and efficiency across shifts.
• Monitor equipment, report maintenance needs, and uphold hygiene in storage areas and walk-ins.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B Manager on menu development and specials.
