GAF Materials Corp. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead maintenance and production teams at the Myerstown, PA plant. You will drive safety, reliability, and cost efficiency, partnering with EHS and cross-functional teams to hit annual and long-term objectives.

The role requires change leadership, union experience a plus, and relocation willingness as part of career progression. A background in high-volume manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of people leadership and team-building experience in high-volume manufacturing or continuous process environments.
• Experience managing production and/or maintenance in a unionized setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance and production staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean methods, 5S, kaizen, and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with EHS and other functions to ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations.
• Establish performance, safety, and engagement standards; manage budget and cost control.
• Plan for outages and capital projects in line with site goals and business plans.
