Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience leading Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma improvements.
• Experience managing 2+ salaried and 70+ indirect employees.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balance.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in varying noise levels and temperatures, including outside areas.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs where applicable.
