Amazon.com Services LLC in Romulus, MI is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly staff and ensure safety, quality, and on-time customer deliveries. You will coordinate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to hit business objectives while maintaining strong customer service.

The role requires 2+ years of people management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or 2+ years Amazon experience), and flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays.

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
