Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly employees in our US Rochester facility. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while delivering on-time customer orders and operating with data-driven decisions.

You will mentor staff, manage productivity plans, partner with Safety, Engineering, and HR, and handle high-volume, multi-shift workloads including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate a salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Load balance by forecasting productivity requirements and partnering with leaders.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer delivery.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR to meet objectives.
