The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, train, and mentor lawn care technicians, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
• Recruit and manage staffing levels to meet seasonal and operational needs.

Operational Excellence

• Refine workflows to improve productivity and service quality.
• Conduct site visits and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Technology & Data Integration

• Utilize operational platforms to track performance metrics and optimize processes.
• Leverage data for scheduling, routing, and service improvements.

Budget & Fleet Management

• Assist in managing budgets and ensure cost-efficient operations.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and tool inventory for readiness and reliability.

Collaboration & Communication

• Facilitate weekly meetings to align team efforts and resolve challenges.
• Work with other department managers to streamline cross-department operations.
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in lawn care operations or related management roles.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of lawn care techniques and industry best practices.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
• Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Technology: Familiarity with operational software.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $70,000–$100,000+, based on experience.
