About Role
As a Sr. Talent Operations Manager, you'll lead the full lifecycle of recruiting with a strong focus on process excellence, systems optimization, and strategic coordination. While sourcing and hiring top talent will still be at the heart of this role, you'll also own the operations behind it — from ATS management and reporting to defining SLAs, building recruiting workflows, and shaping a consistent, inclusive interview experience across the company.
This role is a unique opportunity to help build the team that's bringing financial wellbeing to millions of people around the world. As we scale, your work will directly influence who joins us, how we grow, and how we reflect our values in every hire we make. You'll play a key role in shaping a talent function that not only supports our ambitious goals, but also ensures every new team member is set up to thrive and contribute to our mission from day one.
You'll work cross-functionally with hiring managers, finance, and leadership to align on headcount planning, hiring priorities, and process improvements. If you're excited to build at the intersection of purpose, process, and people — this is that kind of role.
