Ellsworth Corporation, a global distributor and manufacturer with a strong focus on adhesives and related products, seeks an ePlus Operations Manager in Germantown, WI. This role leads the ePlus team, driving operational excellence, scalable processes, and superior customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of leadership in logistics or supply chain within a distribution environment, plus a track record of coaching supervisors and delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in inventory management, operations, supply chain, customer service, or industrial distribution.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading teams in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience developing and implementing operational processes, procedures, or standards.
• Experience using data, metrics, and reporting to support operational decisions and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across functions and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data and recommend practical solutions.
• Ability to develop, implement, and improve operational processes that support service quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ePlus team to ensure consistent execution, service excellence, and operational performance across customer programs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Field Inventory Solution Supervisors, Account Managers, and Customer Solutions Specialists to support accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes, procedures, and operating standards that improve scalability, efficiency, service quality, and program performance.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, service levels, inventory accuracy, implementation effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and other Ellsworth teams to optimize inventory planning, replenishment strategies, order fulfillment, customer support, and system enhancements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, improve outcomes, and support profitable growth.
