Job summary

Ellsworth Corporation is seeking an ePlus Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the ePlus team based in Germantown, WI, with hybrid or remote work options. You will drive service excellence and scalable processes across inventory programs and customer projects.

Responsibilities include coaching supervisors, establishing KPI-driven performance, and partnering with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Customer Service to optimize fulfillment and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in inventory management, operations, supply chain, or customer service within a distribution environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading teams in a performance-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the ePlus team to ensure consistent execution and service excellence.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for team members to support accountability and collaboration.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes and operating standards for scalability and efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service levels, and inventory accuracy.
• Partner with Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, and Sales to optimize inventory planning and order fulfillment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on data and feedback.
