Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to support branch operations, dispatch, sales/marketing, and employee development. The role focuses on safety, customer satisfaction, and high-quality industrial cleaning services tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, maintaining customer relations, training field staff on water blasting safety, and ensuring regulatory compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the Environmental and/or Industrial Services industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of 3 years managerial/supervisory experience.
• Strong background in team building.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety and environmental champion; coach subordinates on safe behaviors.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations and coordinate support.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure quality execution.
• Train and mentor staff on water blasting and related equipment safety.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Set up work site and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment.
• Oversee billing and payroll related paperwork and regulatory compliance.
• Direct personnel at jobsite to complete tasks safely and meet customer expectations.
• Evaluate performance and provide on-the-job coaching when needed.
