Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management or equivalent.
• 2+ years managing operations with significant sales volume.
• 2+ years budgeting and P&L understanding.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business areas (store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, truck care).
• Maintain a safe, clean facility and perform safety checks.
• Drive product and service sales through inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Support General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and drive opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
