You'll lead a team, manage processes, and partner with the General Manager on schedules, budgeting, and reporting to grow sales and ensure safety and quality across all locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales > $2M.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple business areas (retail, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, truck care).
• Maintain safe, clean facilities and perform safety checks.
• Drive sales through inventory management, merchandising, and ordering.
• Assist General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting and implement changes to improve profitability.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition with managers.
