Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across multiple operations to drive efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with upkeep and safety checks.
• Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Assist General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting and influence changes to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
