Job summary

MOM's Organic Market in Maryland invites motivated candidates to join its MIT program for future store leaders. The program provides structured development, coaching, and a clear path to Department Manager or Assistant General Manager.

During the 12‑month program you will work across a minimum of two stores, gain hands-on experience with ordering and schedule writing, and contribute to a busy, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership potential with track record of success.
• Ability to work across multiple MOM's stores within an hour commute.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Willingness to participate in a structured development program (MIT) and follow an IDP.
• Strong attitude and work ethic over experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to store leadership development within MOM's framework.
• Engage in leadership training and implement learnings like ordering and schedule writing.
• Work in a minimum of two MOM's stores to gain diverse experience.
• Support store operations and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Help shape the future direction of the company through the MIT program.
