MOM's Organic Market is launching a Management Training (MIT) program designed to grow future leaders through structured training and regular feedback. Participants will develop leadership skills, complete an Individual Development Plan, and receive coaching to guide their progression toward department management roles.

The program includes hands-on store assignments across locations, short-term relocation considerations, and a clear path to store leadership and beyond upon completion.

Qualifications

• MIT program focuses on building MOM's future leaders with a structured development plan and regular coaching.
• Length of program typically 12 months, with potential shortening depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow into a Department Manager or Assistant General Manager with leadership opportunities.
• Work across multiple MOM's stores to gain experience with varying sales volumes and management styles.
• Participate in a formal IDP with learning goals and regular progress check-ins.
