Love's Travel Stops is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across retail, fuel, and restaurant services. You will lead a team, optimize processes, and implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on management of store-level operations, budget awareness, and strong communication with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business areas (retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care) as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with routine safety checks.
• Drive product and service sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Interpret financial data to analyze profit and loss and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition and staffing.
