Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple areas including retail, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.

The role focuses on driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction while managing teams and processes to grow sales and meet company goals. The ideal candidate brings several years of retail operations leadership, strong budgeting skills, and a hands-on approach to safety and inventory management.

Formación

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across multiple store areas (retail, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, truck care).
• Maintain safe, clean facilities and perform safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, and merchandising standards.
• Assist GM with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting and act on profit opportunities.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition and staffing.
