Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience in a DC/FC or related field.
• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree with supply chain focus by 2026.

Responsibilities

• Participate in trainings, meetings, and workshops to develop leadership and management skills.
• Rotate between departments, shifts, or buildings to gain operations experience.
• Coach and mentor warehouse associates to drive performance and development.
• Assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training.
• Prioritize safety to ensure a safe work environment.
• Use data to improve departmental performance and report on KPIs.
