Job summary

QXO is seeking candidates for an Operations Management training track in the United States, stationed in Florida. You will gain hands-on experience across production, sales operations and related departments, with the goal of advancing to branch management.

The role values a willingness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Travel up to 20% is expected as you training and relocate for permanent assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position.
• Comprehensive training across Production, Sales Operations and other departments.
• Open to learning, not afraid to take chances, and learn every aspect of running a branch operation.
• Willing to travel <20%.
