Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with at least $2M annual sales.
• 2+ years managing budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business areas to drive efficiency.
• Lead a team, manage processes, and execute growth strategies.
• Drive sales through merchandising, inventory, and ordering.
• Support the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Interpret financial reports and act on opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
