Love's Travel Stops in Wyoming is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across retail, fuel, restaurant, and truck care, driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to analyze profit and loss, schedule staff, and ensure safety and a clean, well-maintained facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or travel stop management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales $2M+.
• 2+ years managing budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting including P&L and implement changes to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition.
