Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager for our Wyoming location. You will lead daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, and truck care to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, reporting, and budgets while supporting talent acquisition and a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with >$2M annual sales.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple operations including store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained facility through cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
