Love’s Travel Stops in Montana is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage diverse processes, and execute sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership across store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care functions, with a focus on safety, scheduling, and reporting. Strong budgeting, P&L, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or similar management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales > $2 million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Hands-on responsibility for multiple operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, and truck care.
• Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and implement changes to capture opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
