Job summary

Brobston Group in Dubuque, IA is launching an early-career rotational program to develop leaders for supply chain operations management at a fulfillment and distribution center.

You will rotate across departments, gain hands-on experience, and develop leadership, analytical, and communication skills while supporting managers and improving safety and KPI tracking. This on-site program also offers relocation opportunities during or after the rotation.

• Partner with site support teams to resolve operational issues and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, or a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation by December 2026, or graduated within the last 18 months.
• Approximately 0-1 year of formal or informal leadership experience.
• Available to work full‑time on‑site, adapt to varied shifts, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open to relocation during or after the program.
