Job summary

Neovia Logistics in Westminster, MA is seeking a facilities operations leader to manage, plan, and coordinate daily operations within corporate policies. You will drive policy implementation, optimize resources, and ensure timely distribution of products across the network.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in operations, warehousing, and logistics, with strong communication and leadership skills to develop staff and control costs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ relevant experience with operations, warehouse, and logistics

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, or coordinate work within corporate strategies, policy frameworks and designs, and implement operational strategies to meet both short and long term goals.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate the purchasing of materials and equipment to ensure an uninterrupted supply at optimal cost.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate all operational activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate the support for a client’s operation and optimize costs.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate subordinate staff, reviews, and assesses performance, supports their professional development to optimize their contribution.
• Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
• Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
