We are looking for a motivated and dependable General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency and profitability, manage P&L responsibilities, develop and implement marketing strategies, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth and profitable performance.
• Manage all P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and customer engagement.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high‑performing team while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in P&L management and budgeting.
• Strong operational background with staff management and development experience.
• Expertise in sales and marketing, particularly in high‑volume retail, restaurant, or entertainment industries.
• Ability to create and implement successful sales and marketing plans.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
