United Skates of America Inc. is seeking a dynamic General Manager for our Jackson Township facility in New Jersey. You will lead daily operations, manage P&L, and implement marketing strategies to drive growth while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a proven track record in P&L management, strong leadership across teams, and the ability to create effective sales plans. A flexible schedule including evenings and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in P&L management and budgeting.
• Strong operational background with staff management and development experience.
• Expertise in sales and marketing, particularly in high-volume retail, restaurant, or entertainment industries.
• Ability to create and implement successful sales and marketing plans.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Our beautiful roller-skating facility, located at 2270 W. County Line Road, Jackson Township, NJ 08527, features roller and inline skating, a large arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and the best birthday parties in town! We are looking for a motivated and dependable general manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. Schedule
