Nan's Kitchen is seeking dynamic leaders to expand its vegetable and chicken restaurant network. You will oversee high-volume operations, recruit and train teams, and drive profitability while maintaining food quality and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, back-of-house familiarity, and a systems-based approach to management, with opportunities for advancement as the brand grows.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years leading teams in a high-volume food service environment.
• Some back-of-house experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Extremely strong organizational skills.
• Systems-oriented management approach.
• Strong background in training.
• Excellent administrative abilities.
• Restaurant Rescue experience is a plus.
• Experience with COGS and driving profitability.
• Proven results in recruiting, training, evaluation, purchasing, and guest relations.

Our team is seeking some really dynamic leaders! Nan's Kitchen is expanding its little vegetable and chicken restaurant to new towns around the commonwealth!

We are looking to partner with inspiring, dynamic and motivated people leaders to help us nurture and grow our teams in the same way our chefs nurture and tend to our vegetables!
