Located in Edwardsville, IL, Edison’s features 12 lanes of boutique bowling, a 4,000 sq. ft. laser tag arena with a second level, a 70+ game state-of-the-art arcade, 10 party and event spaces, and a full-service bar and restaurant. Job Description

• Oversee staff during your shift
• Conduct opening and/or closing duties as scheduled
• Manage facility operations including laser tag, arcade, bowling, restaurant, and bar sales
• Ensure service standards are met with guests
• Handle money and transactions
• This position involves a mix of weekday and weekend hours, with at least one day off on weekends and two days off per week
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and staff training as needed
• Work in a fun environment with experienced professionals in a successful business
• Report to the Director of Operations and General Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role or field
• Management experience required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Leadership, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Computer skills; technology proficiency is a plus
• Ability to multitask, delegate, and oversee staff effectively
• Experience in the industry or food and beverage service is a plus

COMPENSATION/NOTES

- Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience, with 40 hours guaranteed

- Full-time hourly position with PTO
